Your Reputation

Seth Godin,  a respected marketing guru, defines reputation as “what people expect us to do next. It’s their expectation of the quality and character of the next thing we produce or say or do.”

Did you know that reputation is a key component of the definition of a company’s brand? The definition of a brand I prefer is as follows:  Brand = Reputation + Expectation + Experience.
